Well the producers of Blair Witch 2 need a location for their movie and they pick Farragut. Well weird stuff goes on with them too. Their props went missing and when the cops were called they couldn't find anything. Only for a few hours later, their props returned. The security cameras set up by the film crew caught nobody entering or exiting. The Blair Witch Project may just be the best example of how a low-budget project can make a ton of money. After all, according to The New York Times, the 1997 found-footage horror film was made for about $60,000 and made an absolutely insane $248 million worldwide.

And if I remember right, Feel Good Hit of the Summer is in the second blair witch movie, book of shadows. Not surprised no one remembers that, as that movie is a steaming pile of garbage.
