The fuel filter is located underneath the vehicle on the OS just in front of the tank. You will need the gearbox undertray off and there is a guard / heatshield that needs to be removed. LR service schedules state it should be changed every 2 years regardless of mileage. Thanks. Brian.

Hiya. did u change just the filter or sensor as well, take the water in filter sensor connector apart and ensure it’s clean, use a multimeter set to ohms both sides of the connector to ensure the pins inside are good both sides of the connector. hope that helps a little and please let us know how u get on as can find wiring diagrams etc for u.

56. Mar 30, 2015. #12. go and get a can of leak detector spray and a can of brake cleaner. Clean the housing with the brake cleaner and then spray the leak detector on the housing when the engine is running, should be able to see where its coming from, maybe cracked filter housing? F.
